This footed tea bowl has been wheel-thrown out of a buff stoneware clay.
Various slips have been added on the outside. The bowl has then been glazed with a Tenmoku glaze inside, and a wood-ash glaze outside.
 
A textural bowl with different sighting all round. Nice bleeding of the wood-ash glaze in the Tenmoku inside, leading to some purple blue highlights on some parts of the rim
 
Fired in oxidation at a temperature of 1220ºC, ensuring both durability and uniqueness.
