I create bespoke handmade tableware designed to enhance the dining experience and reflect the character of your cuisine. Sakura is a collection of dinnerware and tableware, crafted for everyday rituals and meaningful gatherings. Shaped to be used, tactile, and quietly unique — each bowl, plate or serving dish will bring presence and warmth to the table.
Made to order in stoneware, each piece is shaped and glazed by hand, with subtle variations that bring warmth and individuality to the table. I collaborate regularly with fine dining restaurants, working closely with chefs to develop forms, finishes, and palettes that complement their menu and setting. Every plate, bowl, or cup I make serve both beauty and function — made to be handled daily, to enrich presentation, and to age gracefully over time.

I work alone from my garden studio based in Greenwich, London. My lead time can vary between 4 and 16 weeks depending on quantities and time of the year. The postage and packing fees will be calculated and invoiced separately. Please be aware that extra taxes and tariffs may incur, depending on the country you want your dinnerware sent to (read T&Cs here).
My glazes and slips are made by me and are not commercially bought. They are applied by either pouring, dipping or brushing. In my glazes, I use only ingredients compatible with food and drink. Movement is often added so that the glaze cover the piece with various drips and transparencies. "Happy" accidents are welcomed and in my opinion, are inherent to handmade products. Each piece will be completely unique and small variations among the pieces of a same set are to be expected.
