Shipping is generally done within 5 business of purchase. There is a free option to come and collect your piece at the studio. If you wish to do so, I will send you the address of the studio and a convenient date and time. A lot of my packaging material is either biodegradable, recyclable, plastic free or coming from recycled materials.

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow the progress of your parcel. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please check your tracking information first, as this often provides the most up-to-date status. If you still need assistance, please get in touch and I will do my best to help. Please be aware that responses from courier partners can sometimes take a little time.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, I am unable to cancel or amend your order. While estimated delivery times are provided, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or the courier's network. Unfortunately, these are beyond my control.

 

Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address. OOAK Creation cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you have any delivery requests or concerns, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we are unfortunately unable to obtain any further information from our delivery partners.

Note for non-UK customers: please beware that shipping taxes and tariffs may incur according to the legislation in place in your country. I cannot determine, or predict what these charges may be. I am not responsible either for any additional custom charges. You must pay for these in full. If you are unsure, I would advise to contact your local customs office, to get help in determining these charges, before placing your order through.

Note for USA customers: a 20% tariff tax will be added to your order at checkout, to accommodate the new US rules on import. Tariffs taxes and custom duties will be paid by me, when ordering your delivery, so that you shouldn't have anything else to pay on your side.

Note for EU customers: OOAK is a UK based sole trader business, not subject to VAT in the UK, but please note that post Brexit and from 01/07/2021, the VAT rules on cross border sales have changed. If you are based in the EU, according to the EU/UK VAT rules on cross border sales and until further notice, your purchase from OOAK will have VAT added to it (if the value of your purchase is over 45EUR) along with customs duty (if the value of your parcel is above 150EUR). All these additional fees are assessed by the customs office in your country and collected from you, before delivery can be done. This could mean that your parcel will be held longer at your local custom office and that charges might need to be payed by you on top of the purchase price, to release the parcel from the custom office, before it can be delivered to you.
